We tried a new dish last week, and Josh cooked an old favorite last night. Both just happened to be Martha Stewart recipes.
The new dish was Pumpkin Enchiladas - sounds strange, but you'll have to trust me that it was fantastic. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like pumpkin pie...

Mexican food aficionados here in S'toon will be happy to hear that we now have a Mexican grocery store in Nutana. Las Palapas Mercado opened up this weekend on Broadway. They sell Mexican spices, tortillas, hot sauces, beverages and frozen pre-made meals from their restaurant - also called Las Palapas. They also sell a plethora of Mexican glassware and ceramics.
And a recipe we keep going back to is a melt-in-your-mouth fettuccine alfredo with fried prosciutto and shittake mushrooms. It's so delicious because it's got so many bad-for-you ingredients - butter, cream and lots of cheese - YUM!
